The ultimate aim of yoga is to enjoy our own eternal blissfulness which resides in our own mind. That happiness we can experience in Samadhi. Meditation is the only way to reach there. Calmness of mind is must for that. We can achieve this state by controlling the breath as the two are intimately connected. A perfect pranayama can take place only in a healthy flexible body. These are the only aim of Asanas. So we are giving much emphasis to meditation and pranayama.Through meditation only we can realize, what the reality of life, what the enjoyment of life.
